About Us

CHURCH 1ST FINANCIAL was formed to come alongside pastors and church leaders with wise counsel in the area of church project financing. Unaware of the loan options available in today’s marketplace, most churches need assistance in locating financing options, determining which lenders are best suited to partner with their ministry’s vision, and presenting financial packages to lenders. CHURCH 1ST was formed for that purpose—to help your church acquire the best financing possible for your unique vision and calling.

A Christian organization, CHURCH 1ST FINANCIAL seeks to create long-term relationships with clients rather than one-time transactions. Our relationships with nationwide lending institutions give us a unique advantage in locating and evaluating your loan options while providing unbiased counsel, since we do not represent a specific lender. As your financial consultant, we will always put your church first in finding the most efficient and cost-effective alternative to meet your ministry’s financing needs.

History

Church 1st Financial Solutions, LLC was started by Randall "Bryan" Barton in 2007 as a mortgage consulting boutique for the niche market of faith-based commercial financing. Since the founding of the company in 2007 Church 1st has procured over $100 million dollars of financing specifically for churches and other faith-based, non-profit, entities in 36 different states. We consider ourselves a boutique company as we are a small firm providing specialized services in a niche sector of the capital market. We are not a large firm that seeks volume but rather a small firm that seeks to develop lasting relationships with its clients while providing unprecedented customer service that is often non-existent when dealing with volume based mortgage firms.

If you want to witness the Church1st advantage first hand please contact us today. We would love the opportunity to evaluate the financing needs of your ministry!
